Excellent material for Sunday School2010-05-165 / 5
This is much better than trying to have children build a model of the temple in Sunday School. It made a very good small group activity.

Get this colorful booklet if you want to see what the Old Testament tabernacle looked like. Wonderful illustrations and photos.
Terrific Temple!2008-03-065 / 5
This was an excellent resource for a class I'm leading in the study of Kings and Prophets of the Old Testament. Our class went into great detail about the parts of Solomon's Temple, how the areas were used and how each area is a type of Christ. Several people in the class commented on how it helped for them to see an actual replica of what was described in Scripture. It was simple to put the model together, too. It just took part of a Saturday afternoon. The book also offers some additional interesting facts about the Temple.
This was an educational and worthwhile project for our Bible history class!2008-02-055 / 5
The Temple model itself is fun to put together (be sure to use clips to hold the pieces in place as they dry). I'm especially grateful for the accompanying booklet which tells the history of Solomon's Temple and a clear description of each section of it, and gives brief histories of Zerubabel's and Herod's Temples.

I wish the authors would come out with a Herod's Temple model! I'd love to display the two side by side!
A bit overpriced2006-11-033 / 5
Great presentation, Biblically solid. Great pictures, but very pricy. If pages were food, it was caviar.
